I have been with cox cable for 11 years but im switching to direct TV recently i ordered a new modem when i installed it my internet still didn't work i called customer service was hung up on once after a 15 min wait only to call again to be on hold for 20 more min customer service sucks they lie , if they don't no the answer they switch you over an leave you hanging, an finally a service tech came to my house an said my modem was fine it was my computer 2 weeks later i had a 50 charge for professional installation lol what a bunch of theiving crooks i wanna give them 0 stars but i cant
