What kind of day care charges you when they are closed for the holiday? When the school is closed, this day care decides to also close but do they prorate the week? No. They "don't prorate". Apparently they don't charge for services either because they bill for time they aren't even open.
Very unsupportive staff. Always looking for any opportunity to charge an additional fee.
How can you charge a fee for not filling out DES paperwork, when my child and I are not receiving DES support? It's morally and ethically wrong for this "church" to be charging a fee for not filling out paperwork that does not apply.
Food they feed the children is awful. My child has a food intolerance, they provide no supportive alternative and he's left to go without eating until I pick him up.
I will be contacting the state about this institutions questionable business practices. Let's see if the Attorney General agrees with these fees and if their standards are up to speed with department safety and health codes.
Considering this church had a sexual predator taking advantage of young girls not that long ago, you'd think they'd make better, more supportive decisions to be a community resource rather than nickel and diming people.
I have no issue paying for good service. This is not a good community partner.
