| - I'd heard lots of positive feedback on Aqua Filter Fresh from small business owners and offices. Saw them at the Home Show and did the math, it made sense to sign up for home spring water delivery at my home starting in June
Cue two weeks ago. Emailed my salesman Scott. Didn't hear back (still haven't heard back). Emailed Jim, whose card I also had. Jim emailed back 3 full days later, telling me I was put into the system for an address change and would inform me of new delivery dates.
He never followed up. Instead, I received a paper "schedule" in the mail - dates which did NOT work for me. Same evening, I received a call from "Joe", saying my water would be delivered tomorrow. No time window whatsoever!
I called Scott the next day and he had excuse after excuse. He took 30 minutes to tell me.....nothing. But he sure had some excuses!
Naturally, I called the main office to cancel.
Becky talked me out of it and gave me a couple free bottles to compensate me for the ridiculous run-around. Helpful and direct, she is the glue that holds the office together. There's no way this woman is paid enough for what she does.
My on time, charming and professional delivery guy Tucker grinned from ear to ear when I mentioned Becky.
Lessons learned: Office Staff and delivery guys are amazing and super competent. They keep the company running. Salesmen are worthless.
In terms of affordability, you're looking at $1/gal for spring water, what you'd pay at Whole Foods or Giant Eagle -- delivered to your door.
