  • The workers have no idea how the gold card refill concept works. They were stuck on "you have to buy a coffee to get a coffee refill, or a tea to get a tea refill". This was even when I got a latte, which is essentially a shot with milk. No wonder this Starbucks gets low scores. I've been to many SB all over the US and this is the first one star.
