Signed up with their groupon special ... 20 classes for $20. My wife suckered me into it, but I can't say that I hate it! I love the warrior circuit classes. Starts out with 30 minutes of hot yoga followed by 30 minutes of circuit training. My only qualms are that the class (the 3 I've been to so far) have been extremely fast paced. It's hard to keep up being a noobie, Ive barely gotten into a pose and the instructor is already finished with the next one. My advise, run through all the poses one or twice at the begining of class so it's easier to pick up. Especially for us visual people who need to see something rather than just hear what to do to pick it up. Speaking of that ... Save some room in the back row for new students. I had to sit in the front row (my fault, I guess) because the room was full when I got there. The front row: meaning the instructor was 5 mats OVER from my, not in front of me ... so I couldn't see what she was doing to try to follow along.
Overall, the staff is extremely nice, they seem to try and keep it clean and organized, and I look forward to going back to try out some other classes besides the warriors.
