| - I have not rented through them (and will not be), but here was my experience: Last Friday I made an appointment to see a house today (Wednesday) at 4:30pm. The person I spoke with did not give me the name of the agent I would be meeting, though in restrospect, I definitely should have asked. I just called right now (3:45pm) to let them know that I would be about 10 minutes behind but I was on my way. I was informed that (1) They had no record of an appointment for me and (2) the house I was interested in was taken now.
Granted, the woman I spoke to today (Jill) probably did not personally lose the appointment herself and she was apologetic and did try to find out if there was another property that would suit my needs (there turned out not to be), so my beef is not with her. But it's a little frustrating to say the least when a company is so inconsiderate of your time. Very unprofessional.
All that to say, if you do end up working with them, write down who you spoke with, what time, who you're meeting, what day, and CONFIRM before driving there.
