  • My washer at home konked out the night before and I needed someplace close where I could get in and out pretty quickly to wash my work clothes before my shift. The place is convenient at 19th ave, just north of Camelback on the west side of the road. Don't know what laundromats usually look like but this was bright, clean and there were lots of choices for machines (Monday between 10:30am and 11:30am). They don't take ATM cards so if you need to buy detergent or other supplies, you'll need cash. I had one load and was in and out of there in about an hour and for just under $2.00. There are 2 nice cushy seats, additional hard seating and outdoor seating with tables which I used so I could work on homework. Lady attendant was pleasant. There was a bathroom which I didn't use. Definitely recommend.
