  • The reason I am giving a negative review is NOT because of the property itself, i lived there for 7 months. March through Oct. It's nice and peaceful in the section I was in which is near the front gate. There wasn't any known crime in the area or issues with the neighbors and staff there. That's the most positive I have to say. However, here is why they are getting a negative review from me. I clean and moved out of the apartment on Oct 1st, which is almost 2 and half month ago. I provided my forwarding address which was in Hawaii before I left and saw the young lady input the information into the computer system and she also showed me on the monitor for confirmation before I left the office. So I know my address is correct. I tried calling the office the first time, 1 month and 1/2 month ago, to make sure my address was correct and ask for my deposit since I did return the apartment in the same condition it was given to me with nothing broken. The lady who picked up told me to wait a little longer before calling due to the policy of 4-6 weeks. 2 weeks later, I called again for my deposit and double check to see if my forwarding address was indeed still on the records. The lady confirmed that it was still in the system. I asked if a manager could check on it for me since I still haven't received anything. 2 weeks later around November 15th, nothing and no one ever called me back. December 2nd, (2 months later.) I tried calling in again to see where my deposit went, and another young lady picked up the phone and once again...confirmed all my information and forwarding address was in the system but no idea why I didn't receive the deposit yet and said she would have the property manager call me once she finds out..It's now December 20th, I have not received a single call or email or text on a status. The deposit amount wasn't a huge sum of money, that would force me to eat bread for a month. It's just very upsetting to me that I really did enjoy living there and wouldn't really mind going back, however, if they can't even call back and tell me in the lines of "Hello, I do apologize for the delay..etc etc" I would be more than happy to hear that and wait a bit longer than I already have to. But none of that was ever provided to me. I don't think I will ever see that deposit again either. Very disappointed.
