  • They throw out bullshit fines all the time we had a family get together on 4th of July and our garage was set up with tables and chairs for everyone to sit, eat and hang out. Got 2 violation letters in the mail. 1. for garage to full to park vehicles in and 2. for garage being open. In the pictures attached to the letters we were all outside hanging out and having family time. I GUESS YOUR NOT ALLOWED TO HAVE FAMILY GET TOGETHERS AT YOUR OWN HOME THAT YOU PAY FOR AND PAY A BULLSHIT HOA FEE TOO. WE WILL BE ENDING OUR LEASE EARLY TO MOVE OUTTA THIS PLACE.
