  • Apparently if you're not associated w/ DPS they treat you like dirt! My car was not a priority to them & took the over a week to tell me that they couldn't fix my car. I had a bent "I beam" on a Ford pick-up & they claimed they couldn't find the part. Luckily there are places like Chastain auto in Downtown Glendale that still know how to treat customers. To ad insult to an already disappointing experience, they charged my wife $65 (rack time) before they'd give her the truck. I'm sure if I'd worked for DPS they'd have figured out how to fix my truck.
