  • New to town and figured I'd give this place a shot. My first appt. was on a Wednesday to get x-rays done. I was told to show up 15 minutes before my appt. to fill out paperwork. I showed up at 3:15 for my 3:30 appt. At 4 I am still in the smallest waiting room I've ever been in. A lady comes in for her appt. and I overhear her talking on the phone that her appt. was at 4 and its already 4:15. Well next thing you know she's going in the back room and I'm still waiting for my 3:30 appt. Finally I am called back at 4:45! An hour and a half later! They apologize and tell me they are understaffed on Wednesdays. I get my x-rays and leave. Now I make an appt. to get some fillings done and teeth cleaned. My appt. is on a friday at 8am. I walk in and immediately go back. But 2 hours later I have only had 2 fillings done and am told they cannot clean my teeth today because Fridays they are understaffed. I am going back now on a Monday to get my teeth done. It seems to me they are understaffed EVERY DAY. I would not recommend this place to anyone. They are understaffed and they keep pestering me to make more appointments in the future. I will not be returning.
