| - I was so excited to try out this new boba because it was so close to my work, but was dissapointed after my visit earlier today. Their drinks pictures with fresh fruits and delicious milk foam were misleading.
Location: This place was tucked in the corner of the plaza, next to the water store, it was in the same plaza where SF Chinese Market and Big Lots. Plenty of parking around.
Decor: nice, clean, bright and simple, with some cute cartoon pictures on the wall. I went to bathroom and it was clean and stocked.
Service was great, they were very friendly and were able to give me some recommendations. They mentioned the BOGO they had for today as well. I asked for bobas later and they added it for me with no issue.
The drinks, however, were not as good as their service or decor. They were very dissapointing. I ordered: Green Tea Latte, Strawberry Yogurt, Taro Milk Tea and Hazelnut Milk Tea. My green tea latte tasted like water and I ordered it with less ice. I could not taste any Tea, just water and a little sweet from the syrup. As you can see from the picture, their latte style were not what I had at Brew Tea. No sea salt milk foam. They just mixed the Green Tea and Milk, shake it and call it Latte. I was so bummed. Strawberry Yogurt was okay, it was basically strawberry syrup mixed with Yakult yogurt drink. Taro Milk Tea and Hazelnut Milk Tea were also average. I did not taste the sweet honey from their boba and it was too hard and chewy. Compared to Brew Tea it was a complete let down. No snacks or crepe either, just drinks.
Unless they change their drinks, I probably will not come back again.
