UPDATE: Well after almost a month of having a new vehicle and showing my friends, family, most importantly my daughters- Mark Kia contacted me saying there was an error and I would have to return the vehicle immediately. I was assured several times that I was "good to go" approved and that I was just awaiting the financiers welcome phone call. I work an average of about 70 hours a week so I take paying for things with my hard earned money seriously. With that being said, had I known that we in fact did not have a confirmed deal I would have never taken the vehicle off of the lot. I will have to use vacation hours to cover this mornings trip to the dealership to discuss their mistake.
I have not yet completely lost hope as they have maintained their professionalism. If this was solely based on customer service it's an easy 4 stars. So I will update again this afternoon (maybe a few days) as to how they handled this dilemma. As of now great staff all the way around but I am gravely disappointed as well as embarrassed...
