Wish I could give zero stars for the service! They had the most inefficient service I've ever experienced.
We ordered a caffe mocha and a vanilla latte. Simple, right? The person taking our order had the hardest time understanding what we wanted. In the end, she repeated our order as "one caffe mocha, and one vanilla latte with vanilla" which was a bad sign.
She had to ask two different people how to work the espresso machine. In the meantime, the line was backing up and no one came to help at the register. After making our drinks she brought them over without knowing which drink was which. She had to look at the receipt to repeat the names of the drinks back to us.. but she still couldn't tell us which drink was which.
The drinks were pretty bad for the amount of time we had to wait for them. We ended up asking for a refund which took a while to get since they had to wait at least 10 mins for a manager to come by. The manager apologized but didn't seem to care. He also was super inefficient in calculating our refund total. We also ordered a lemon merengue tart (which was the only good thing about this place) and instead of ringing up the drinks to get the total, he rung up the tart then used his cell phone to subtract that from the total.
Le sigh... Such a waste of time.
