| - It's too bad that it's impossible to try every single item in this buffet because there's that much! They have everything you could possibly imagine!
Seafood: King Crab Legs. Half peeled and easy to eat. There are hot butter stations on pretty much each area. They also have oysters, shrimp, crab claws. On the side of the raw seafood bar are seafood dishes.
What's cool about this place is you get to sample small plates from other restaurants at Caesar's. Had fried chicken in a basket with fries. Also had quail, which wasn't my favorite because they're typically hard to eat, but worth a try.
Not many buffets carry lamb, but Bacchanal does. Had that with prime rib. They have rack of lamb and lamb chops.
Don't forget the back area where they have artisan breads, meats, and cheeses. Goat cheese and blue cheese were my fave. If you go back further, you'll eventually hit the sushi and asian section.
There's a whole station of good quality desserts. Chocolate covered strawberries, macarons, custards, and a crepe station just to name a few.
I'll have to go back again to try everything!
