  • I was impressed with their sales service and installation team while they were at my home.....but when I called back to advised them that one of the warrantied trees had died I was taken back by the response I got from them. The lady on the phone seemed lost and rude and told me that she will get back to me. 2 months later and numerous emails and even more numerous phone calls everyday...NO RESPONSE!!! Nothing... do not waste your time or money. I expected a more professional approach from them. Very disappointed... Still waiting
