  • I can't say enough positive things about Road Runner Sports and Marty at Tempe Marketplace! I worked with them for the first time in May to make custom insoles, and to source the right workout shoes for me. I left the store triumphant, but after a few months of wear I realized that my feet always hurt in my shoes, so I returned to the store for assistance this past Saturday. Upon arrival I learned that my 90 day VIP return period had expired, but Marty agreed to work with me nonetheless. He spent a little over an hour working with me to sort my challenges, and source a new pair of workout shoes for me, and in the end all I had to pay was the difference in cost between the shoes I purchased in May, and the new shoes. Road Runner and Marty would have been well within their policy to simply turn me away, but they didn't. Instead they worked with me, and I left a very happy customer. I will definitely be back to Road Runner, again, and again when I need new shoes, and I highly recommend them to everyone!
