  • TERRIBLE!!!! I went there about 2 months ago to have my screen replaced. It was cheap, and it was done fast so I was happy! Meanwhile I had to go back to ultimate wireless 3 times since they had "fixed" my screen. due to it lifting etc. Well my iPhone broke this week! The camera was no longer working! So I had to go into Apple. When I went to Apple they inspected my phone and the worker came out and asked me where I had gotten my screen replaced. I told him, and he said that they had stolen camera parts out of my phone! And that wasn't it! They stole many parts out of my phone!!!! And the warranty was no longer good due to it! NEVER AGAIN! Not to mention the fact that I was very unhappy with the way they fixed my screen and when I tried to speak to Francisco about it he was extremely rude! I asked to leave a voicemail for the manager, and he handed me a business card to the store and said he wouldn't give me the managers name or take a message. But that I could try and call the store, but the managers never in so it wouldn't do me any good! Very upset with the customer service from Francisco, and the fact that he stole parts out of my phone!!! Terrible! I definitely DO NOT recommend this place to anyone!!! I had a friend that went to the iPhone Dr last week and they treated her great and her phone looks good! And she never has had a problem, so if anything I'd try the iPhone dr! But don't waste your money or time at ultimate wireless!
