  • This year, I bought my third car from Emily Lee at Toronto Honda. I would strongly recommend that anyone considering a Honda vehicle should meet with Emily first and foremost. Emily has been helping us find the right vehicle every time. She knows the Honda line pf products on the tip of her fingers, and most importantly, she gets to know who you are. And so whenever I would find myself discussing a particular model with her, she would immediately point out the features that I may like, and those that I would miss. More importantly, she knows her numbers. She figured out real fast what would be the most advantageous financial option for us. I also like the service people at Toronto Honda. I've gotten to know them over the years, and while I was skeptical at first about having my car serviced at the dealership, I quickly realized how Toronto Honda offers a great value for the scheduled service of my vehicle. Not to mention that on a few occasions I just dropped the car without an appointment, and I was never turned back. I will confess that I do not like to deal with Financial Services managers very much, no matter what dealer they work for. So I have made a really, really big effort to disregard the high energy sales pitch I get subjected to every time I buy a car because I know what to expect, regardless of the dealership. These people always kill the mood and the excitement of getting at a new vehicle. Everybody should take the time and read everything they can on such things as extended warranties, rust protection, and whatever else Financial Services managers try to sign you up for. Thankfully, Emily is always there when we pick up our new car. She spends quite a bit of time with us, getting us familiar with the new features of the vehicle. Here again she shines. She goes over any changes from our last vehicle, and makes sure we are comfortable using any new feature. And the gas tank was full, too! Disclaimer: I was not paid and did not receive any advantage - pecuniary or otherwise - to write this review. I did not discuss it with anyone at Toronto Honda, and I have no relationship whatsoever with anybody working for Toronto Honda.
