I'm really surprised at some of the negative reviews on here. I had a good experience with Cashman when they photographed my wedding two weeks ago at The Excalibur. The photographers were friendly and flexible with us. They let us take a break halfway through to get cell phone pictures with family and friends, and they were very patient with me as I was tired and somewhat discombobulated during pictures.
The photo quality was outstanding. In terms of lighting, posing, editing, resolution, there is very little I can imagine could be done better.
The only reason I am not giving a full five stars is the pricing. $125 for the first DVD and $50 for extras is exorbitant considering that the video quality is worse than what most cellphones can do. The editing on the dvd was quite good(I understand the $125 to compensate for labor involved) but $50 for additional copies is ridiculous. If it had been $20 each I would have purchased 5 more.
The woman that worked with us afterwards was very helpful and cut us a nice discount on the copyright for the images (gave us 35% off), but $900 for 150 images still seems excessive to me. I had no trouble at all with the turnaround time (we got our images right away).
Overall I am pretty happy with cashman; it was overpriced but the quality of the photography was very good and the photographers and salesperson were kind and easy to work with. If they are hired by your chapel for your wedding I would not worry about photo quality, you might just end up paying a few more hundred dollars than you'd like.
