Outrageously poor customer service. I came in to get a new sim card. The guy told me I had to get the owner of the account on the phone for him to talk to. Then he excused himself and went to the back room. I saw him do that with the customer before me. He left me waiting there for 15 minutes. I asked another employee to get him. He came out and told me the owner of the account needed to call customer service to authorize me to get a new card.
So, he changed the story. Not at all what he had told me in the first place. Then a man came out of the back room a minute after he did, and handed him a tablet. The guy said thanks. I'm thinking that is why he was back there, they were working on the device. Not a good time to be working on some personal tablet, leaving customers to wait.
I was upset, and asked him why he had told me the wrong thing before. He started pretty much ignoring me. Terrible.
