  • After writing my previous review, we were contacted by Chris, the manager for Zerorez, and he talked to us about our service. Since we were somewhat dissatisfied with the air duct cleaning (see previous review), he offered to make it right with us by offering a free 3-room carpet cleaning at a future date. We will schedule it sometime in the new year. I am giving them one more star, and will review accordingly after our carpets get serviced. Thanks Chris, Happy Holidays!
