rev:text	I'm a big fan of Emeril's cooking and love his steakhouse within The Venetian hotel. I always stay at adjoining The Palazzo and love walking through both hotels to arrive at the restaurant. The filets are amazing! Perfectly cooked medium rare just the way I like it and wonderfully seasoned. Service is excellent with an extensive wine list. The BBQ shrimp is delicious and do try desserts. We had a fantastic dinner here. Thank you Emeril!
