  • I was in a terrible mood when I walked into Ross a couple of weeks ago the day just wasn't going right. Then I was greeted by Miss Renee at the front of the store. I wanted to buy sunglasses and she made sure I was helped immediately! The best part was that she was just so happy and spirited! She was literally one of the nicest people I've ever met! I stayed in the store longer because she told me a shipment was just pulling up. Thankfully I did because I was able to find a ton more stuff!
