  • Got exactly what I wanted. The quality and price are awesome. No pressure to buy even though there are a lot of salesmen waiting/hovering around. Delivery was a hot mess. We paid $99 for delivery. The appointment was for 8-10am and when we called to see why they were late we were told that the delivery was "pending". We had to re-schedule a new delivery time for 6-10pm which means the day was totally messed up. We should have been compensated for their mistake and did not. Heck, we did not even get an apology for the delivery snafu. In the end, we were happy with the furniture. I received a credit for the shipping error so my opinion has improved regarding my experience.
