  • Clean, comfortable, generic hotel located steps from downtown Tempe. I stayed here for 2 nights and found most aspects of the experience to be satisfactory. The rooms are relatively spacious, immaculately clean, and minimally decorated. It definitely feels like a brand new, or very recently renovated establishment. The lobby is enormous, with sleek modern furniture, a bar, and small dining area. We stayed here due to the close proximity to the Marquee Theatre, which is just a 10 minute walk away. Many restaurants, bars, shopping, and even a farmers market are also within walking distance. The wifi was adequate, but not fast enough to run certain online software. Zero cell phone reception in the room for some reason. Pleasant lighting though, and more than enough outlets. Complimentary water bottles. The breakfast is $15 and is only a small step above a Motel 6 lobby continental-just dry cereal, oatmeal packets, etc. All of the staff that I encountered were very kind and helpful. The $240/night rate seems fair. I might stay here again, if the location is convenient to my purpose in Tempe.
