  • The gym equipment and hours are decent. Front desk staff and trainers are decent. The management, however, is a different story. The new general manager is not customer-friendly and is quite unprofessional. When I asked that she contact me to follow up on a recent issue I had with her, she did not respond, and the front desk staff on three occasions told me there is no one else who can be contacted in her place, no one else to call or talk to. There are definitely issues with how it is run--I've had much better experiences with the other gyms in the Madison area in terms of management and dealing with issues.
