  • A couple of weeks ago, I took my pickup in and got what I considered a good car wash and wipe down. Wasn't busy at all. Two days ago, I took my other car in, there were two in the wipe area and one in the wash, so it appeared I would be fourth, My car went through fairly quick and then just sat there as other cars were brought up and worked on by two people, while mine just sat there. Finally, after about 6 cars, I asked why my car wasn't being dried, when they had two people each working on other cars that had been brought up way after mine. The answer was a belligerent , "We don't stage them that way" ??? I just got my keys and took my car. I asked to see the Manager, but, of course he/she was not available. I asked about the delay and was told, "Well we have oil changes you know". No, I didn't know and if I had I would have gone somewhere else! Apparently they do a lot of oil changes and rather fast too, because I had suddenly jumped back to about 8th or 9th when I thought I was 4th. Oh well, on to looking for a good car wash, which I am beginning to think does not exist
