I finally hung up on Microsoft's Assure Software Support people who after spending more than 10 hours of my time on a problem which just happened after pushing a upgrade to the current Windows 10 operating system. Each time Microfts (India) tried to fix a problem they never fixed it and ended causing more problems. (Spent 70 to 90 Hours with them when they upgraded Windows 7 to 10). Finally had it this time and am looking at switching to a Apple IMAC since Microsoft lost all my info and had to start from scratch again, I brought my PC into the store as a last resort and the tech had everything fixed in less than 5 minutes!! Helped me out immensely, THANK YOU
