  • I used to go here all the time but my roommates came home telling me how Jim, the guy at the front desk, treated them terribly. He got mad at one of my roommates for telling him to make sure the therapist would be careful with her foot since she had just gotten surgery on it, he also told them how much you HAVE to tip and that was before the massage even started. They didn't have enough cash on them because the "mandatory tip you have to pay unless you want to get yelled at" is far more than the 20%-25% tipping range. My roommates asked for their money back because he was treating them so poorly and they didn't even want to get a massage there anymore so he told them to "wait an effing second" and threw their money on the ground and told them they are never allowed there again. Not ok with me. If he's treating his customers like this I can't imagine how he is treating his employees. I used to go here all the time and Jessica gives the BEST massages but after hearing about what happened to my roommates I'll never go here again. Customer service is everything and I give this place an F-. On a positive note, the therapists are really sweet and I'll miss them but Jim is an absolute jerk.
