3 star for the food/atmosphere but definitely a 5 star for the service. She was so gracious and I knew immediately she is the owner. She had suggested stir fry baby bak choy which is just made for me (I am Chinese) so I immediately agreed to that without looking at the price. I also ordered a Beijing Curried dish but that one was way too sweet for me (I had to be reminded that Northern Chinese like their food seasoned much heavier than what I am used to in Taiwan and Japan). She knew I was not able to finish it. I like her so much that I've ordered another dumpling to go (this is the Southern style dumpling with light dough which I found a little disappointing because I was hoping for the Beijing style dumpling with heavy dough. She knew I am not a local (locals looked differently and dressed differently). It was so kind that I will definitely return. Tipped her $7 dollars for a $30 dollar meal..I bet she liked that.
