I just needed to replace a screw in my sunglasses. I tried LensCrafters first and they didn't even want to look at them. I guess if you are not buying glasses or getting an examination they are not interested in helping you. Since I had parked outside of Sears I decided to check their optical department on my way out. So glad I did. Pat didn't hesitate in helping me. She said it was an unusual screw but she would check and she went in the back, found something that worked, and didn't charge me. I appreciate that and God forbid I ever need prescription lenses I will come here just based on the customer service I received.
