  • Had to take my car here for an insurance claim since my car was rear ended. I was given a rental (which my card was charged for - a little more than I anticipated, otherwise I would have given 5 stars..) My car took a little longer than I had expected, but it was definitely worth it. They cleaned and detailed my car, it looked better than when I bought it - my car was super dirty before too, definitely an unexpected surprise. Also, I should mention the kind girl working at the reception desk. I believe her name was Denise (or at least sounded like it). I dropped the rental car off at roughly 5:20pm, and they're open until 5:30. I was driving home for about 5 minutes and realized I left something in the trunk of my rental car. I called Brighton and she answered, I told her the situation and apologized as I knew they were wanting to close up. She stayed there and waited for me to get back so I could get my stuff. I thought that was super nice, something she didn't HAVE to do, but did. I hope she receives recognition for that. It's the little things that encourage people to return. Thank you Brighton!
