  • I went to the Samsung store yesterday. I was already irritated because there was a kid bouncing on a pogo stick kinda thing and it was squeaking everytime he jumped on it. I patiently waited for about 20 minutes staring at the tempered glass display. First of all, there were only two people working on the floor on a "black Friday" weekend. Second of all, an associate came to help me look for the tempered glass. I asked him if he would help me put it on he said no. I wasted 20 minutes of my life with so results. I will probably never go into a Samsung store again.
