  • I wouldn't even give a star if I could. The worst customer service! I never miss my payments and because of the busy Holiday season I made my monthly payment too early without even realizing it went to my previous month payment! Because of that they charged me $25 late fee! They wouldn't listen, they wouldn't even consider to resolve the issue on their customer behalf! Its not like I missed my payment It was a simple mistake paying too early! Would never bank with them again
