We came here after work one day and wasn't too impressed with what we found. We sat at the bar hoping we could get a couple of drinks in. Wednesday's was $1 off whiskey and half off wings, deals we thought would be pretty good. I ordered a fireball just to gauge prices, and including the discount it was $5...eh not that great since I get $3 fireballs from on the border...
The bar tender took forever to notice us..I literally had to stare her down to get her to come over. She was nice, just not attentive. We ordered a bowl of jack mac, they have 4 different kinds of mac and cheese options with some twists. I can't help myself when it comes to mac so I had to order a bowl to split with the bf. In light of the half of wing wednesdays we ordered a 10pc with hot garlic parm and the spicy mango habanero equivalent.
Didn't take long to come out, that was probably the biggest plus of our meal. The mac and cheese bowl looked like the cup size...seriously tiny and not worth the $6...it had good flavor not amazing and no texture...I wouldn't call this adult mac and cheese. Maybe I just spoil myself with the mac I make at home with all the fixins thrown in. The wings, celery sticks and carrots were sad, soggy and lukewarm...I am 99% sure they were frozen though the website seems to claim otherwise. The flavor of the sauces was good though the mango habanero was NOT SPICY at all...I just wished the quality of the wings and sides were just as good...BWW does wings way better in my opinion..
In addition, the wings were not really half off...they docked on extra 2 dollars because we ordered two different sauces...which is lame. We had an ok experience but I doubt we will be coming back for after work munchies..
