  • Horrible! Run from this company if they are your landlord. They will NEVER SHOW for maintenance requests. This is my second year and I will be moving from this home because they are terrible. They are helpful to get you signed up but after that you are on your own. Don't use them as your landlord or property management company. No one at this company takes responsibility for anything. They also assemble all your utilities and then charge you! HORRIBLE COMPANY!
