  • My husband and I began our SUV search over the weekend and were super excited to find the perfect used one at the Mercedes dealership Sunday afternoon. Our salesman JC was wonderful and made the entire process quick and easy. In fact we were all said and done Monday afternoon!! I decided to check in on Yelp while waiting at the dealership and saw that we received a free bracelet for checking in, from the parts department. My kids and I walked over to the parts department where we were greeted by Jason Hammonds. Jason was pho nominal with the kids. I think he could tell they were totally over being at the dealership! He chatted with us and made the kids laugh before we headed back to finish the deal with JC. My older son is still wearing the bracket that he received from "the really nice and funny guy" at the dealership. Thanks for a great experience guys!!!!
