Their prices and selection of stuff isn't bad. The customer service was short and unfocused. I was unable to get information on what stones were. I went to buy an iPad Air2. It wasn't charged, hadn't been wiped clean of the previous owners fingerprints and grime or information. It took two techs to figure out what the standard password was (which should be the same for all the pads in the case) and 20 minutes to charge and get it ready. There was a general sense of grunginess to the place.
