I leave Starbucks after a 13 minute wait with no progress, and I venture out to try Dunkin' Donuts for the first time. There's not a customer insight, should've been my first indication, I go to the drive-through having never been to Dunkin' Donuts ask for some assistance in the products to only be greeted with sarcasm and condescending conversation. I get up to the window after ordering two items I had no idea what they were to only be greeted by a youthful gentleman who thought it was funny that I did not know anything about Dunkin' Donuts - thought he had shut the drive-through window, had not, and proceeded to laugh at my ignorance. This is the last time I will venture into a Dunkin' Donuts I will stick to paint a little extra money at Starbucks because at least their employees are educated on the product and very professional. I can see you know it's worth the wait and the cost to go to Starbucks.
