  • For a food truck, the lobster was pretty amazing. Was nice and cool and had the texture and flavor that I'd expect at a decent restaurant. The tots were nice as well. Crunchy, gluten-free, and not too greasy. The only bummer is that they were out of corn tortillas at noon. Not sure how that happens, but it did.
