I've always enjoyed Rula Bula for happy hour. They have a nice patio and decent food and drink specials. The food has always been okay. After my last experience there, fish and chips will never be the same. I noticed two black specks in the malt vinegar on my plate. Upon further examination, I saw that they were dead flies. I raised the bottle of vinegar into the sunlight and noticed about 75 more of them at the bottom. I was feeling nauseous as I had already had a few bites. The waitress was sorry, offered to bring me a new order. Didn't take anything off the bill, though. Guess I should have talked to a manager.
