  • I have used this hotel twice now for an event we hold annually. The staff have been incredible and the guest services managers have been consistently working within our strict budget to get the most bang for our buck. Any issues we have had with reservations have been dealt with timely and reasonably. I hope to use this hotel for every event as you can't get better service anywhere else (trust me, i've had to use several different hotels in Tempe). Our guests have commented on the kind staff and clean rooms. Thank you to Leonardo Gem and Michael Luna for your professionalism and for making the process stress-free.
