I want to give this place a 4.6 stars if I could.
Came to Tech Mail after a stupid issue of my brand new built computer not starting. I was worried I had static or shorted my system, so I called in to have it checked out to be safe. I was really glad to hear that they do free diagnostics. Turned out you just cant boot a computer with HDMI on its first boot, so I ended up buying a DVI converter. I don't remember the exact price of the DVI converter but it was really expensive from what I could remember (something like $15). I called my buddy in Cali who also does IT and he says those things normally cost somewhere between $4-5. I kinda knew I was being ripped off with the converter, but I got it anyways to support them since the diagnostic was free.
I came in again another day since my desktop needed a wireless USB since my router is really far from where my set up is. The wireless USB was priced at $35. I was so skeptical about the first purchase that I didn't buy it this time. Went down to Walmart and bought the same thing at the same price (which I 100% regret).
All in all, the staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. Some of the pricing can be odd, but I want to say that most of it is fairly priced. I normally don't have many tech issues since I'm a pretty tech savvy guy, but if I were to recommend a place to anyone, Tech Mail is pretty good with their services.
