  • From day one, I've had nothing but positive communication and support from the facilities and management of Copper Creek. Mary and her staff have always been available to discuss my concerns or policies and issues among the complex, and my views have always been heard. Maintenance and repairs have always been prompt and non-intrusive. And my privacy it's always respected. Have I agreed with every policy or notice of infraction? No, but reality and life rarely give you everything you want. Rules and regulations are fair and equitable, and are clearly explained. The policies that others have complained about are not unreasonable and communication to tenants is far superior to any apartment/condo I've ever lived in. There is always someone available to talk with, so anyone complaining isn't trying. There is a sense of community and family at Copper Creek and there are always events and activities for individuals and families to become involved and to be connected to neighbors. You'd be hard pressed to find another apartment complex that has a Manager as open and caring as Mary. And the positive changes she's heading up are only improving the safety of her tenants and the quality of the complex. Very happy to be living here.
