I came here about a year ago, and remembered having a pleasant experience. But, even though I faintly remembered much about it - the salmon sushi left a lasting impression. I came back today, and was pleasantly surprised. When I asked our server why the salmon was so unique and fresh, she said the owner imports fresh every day! Extremely rare for Vegas, as we aren't near the ocean, most sushi restaurants are frozen and costly.
Whereas the AYCE closely resembles Sushi Mon, with fresher fish and closely detailed presentation and flavor. Definitely worth the price, with Kabuki sized salmon sushi that tastes even fresher.
