  • Had a very horrible experience with zipcar. A very unhelpful financial team as I was fined an unbelievably high amount for no fault of mine. The reason for which I was fined was not communicated to me properly even after calling the zipcar team and emailing the financial team. I would never use or recommend zipcar to anyone.
