  • I wish I could give ZERO stars for this place. I can't believe what happened with this company!!!!! I signed up with them to have service and used them two times, then when I got my bill I called and gave my credit card information to them over the phone so they could keep it on file as they said they do for billing. It was a bill of A little over $300. I didn't need them again until this last Friday when I had a medical emergency and I needed someone to come over here and stay with me. I have a 10-year-old son and he called them as he was told to do if something happened to me and spoke to Mark the owner who cursed at him and told him I have an unpaid bill and they are not sending anybody out. My bill had been paid so not only was he mistaken however the way he treated my son is inexcusable in addition to that he spoke to a family member who was out of town and was also very rude to them and kept saying how I didn't pay my bill and they were not sending anybody out. Also keep in mind the service that I had was recent service so it's not like it could have even been that long past day or if it was. Besides that the professional thing to do would have been to assist by helping and sending someone to help out in this medical emergency at home and taking up this billing with me later. I am a cash pay person, not a Medicare recipient in which they wait months for payment for. I am 41 years old and just needed help for the day. I am absolutely disgusted with this service and I beg anybody reading this review to not use this company please do not use this company. Like I said regardless of the financial part, even though I was paid up, the way Mark spoke to my son and cursed at him and said the F*** word is not OK.... DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY
