I had an appointment here for an MRI on my neck and shoulder. However, after being in the machine for just a few minutes I noticed tinging in my throat and tongue and I started wheezing. I remained inside until the end of the process, but then had to get my inhaler and realized I was having an allergic reaction to latex. I mentioned to the female who was running the machine (by her appearance and attitude I did not believe she was a medical professional) what was occurring and I noticed she had several latex balloons hanging by her desk and knew that is what was causing my reaction. I mentioned it to her and she informed me she had never heard of that before and implied I was lying to her. I had to leave as my symptoms were getting worse. On the way out I attempted to reschedule, but the receptionist spent too much time on the phone with the MRI operator that I had to leave as my throat was swelling up pretty quickly at that point. Not an apology or any amount of concern shown by any of the staff at this location - I was just told to go somewhere else as they were not going to take down the latex "emoji balloons" ! Am in shock at the lack of professionalism at this establishment.
