Hands down the best spot in the area to take a class. You get a total organic experience here. A total mix of people. No pretentious instructors, or patrons. It's clean - did I mention clean? Perfectly chosen music, well guided and they even have a $10 drop in rate that is offered for any class at anytime. They will NOT try and close you on a membership either. As a beginner yogi, I've found this to be my favorite spot and quite frankly the only reason I'm still able to go. Sixty minutes of great energy, variety of classes and they have the "special" coil floor. I've tried Summits Yoga and while they are good for their own reasons, they have wood floors and that means pools of sweat sitting collecting throughout the class. I tried to like it there, but I absolutely could not get past the splashing of sweat from my neighbor's mat and the funky smell. Karin is an excellent guide and has really opened my eyes to the greatness that can come from this practice. Effie is my personal favorite - she's always got the killer playlist.
